Refund/ Retum Policy

We want you to love your purchase from benylight. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with a straightforward return process.

Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

How to Start a Return

Email our customer service team at benylight@outlook.com within the 30-day window.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or your PayPal account).

Please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account after processing. This usually depends on your bank or payment provider's policies.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for items in different sizes, subject to availability. Please contact us at the email above to check stock before sending your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at benylight@outlook.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Final Sale Items
Any items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
